You’ll have 5 days to test our service quality and performance to your heart’s content and if you’re not satisfied with your purchased service due to our technical issue or any valid reason, you’ll only have to let us know within 5 days of the transaction date, only than it might be eligible for a refund. The refund policy is only eligible for the new users of Meta Trade VPS. We don’t Issue Refund for following Cases:

The majority of cryptocurrencies, tokens, and digital assets are irreversible, and their exchange values are incredibly unstable and fleeting. Any risk, including but not limited to market risk and currency rate risk, cannot be our responsibility. There will be no refunds for anything bought using cryptocurrencies, tokens, or other digital assets.

If you decide to return any purchased products that come with free domain names, the list price of the domain name will be subtracted from your refund.

We don’t issue refund for any illogical reasons like I am not satisfied or I don’t want to use it. To claim the refund, you must provide us documentation with valid reason.

The 5-day refund terms only apply to the initial purchase for new clients and no refunds will be given for any additional or optional products added to the orders including upgrades, product transfers, or downgrades. Existing clients will not be able to avail the terms.

If Meta Trade VPS is able to recognize that a consumer having multiple account in our system than the user may only receive one time refund if requested.

Discounted products and dedicated servers are not refundable. Please be aware that Meta Trade VPS will not give any refund for any offered product which appears in Forex Website.

if you have any problems with server latency because latency is a variable term that also depends on the responding server. To find out the actual latency from your desired location before making a purchase, please contact our support team.

The 5-day refund is not available to customers that have breached any Terms & Conditions or whose account has been terminated or suspended as a result of any breach of the Terms & Conditions.

Within 5 days of the service being activated, refund claims must be made to the billing department. Requests submitted after the cutoff date won't be accepted. Only the Billing Department is able to execute your refund request. If you do not send a ticket to the billing department, your request for a refund will be rejected. Customers who ask for refunds must give the billing department a justification.

User will receive your refund back with the same payment method you have paid it to us. Depending on the mode of payment, a transaction fee will be subtracted. if a refund to the original payment method is not feasible, a refund to your Meta Trade VPS balance can be offered as a substitute. The domain name, license charge, server management price, and installation fee will all be subtracted from the refund total, if applicable.

The investigation and processing of the customer's refund request could take up to 5 days. The Billing Department will have the final say and retains the right, if required, to turn down the customer's request for a refund.
