This Agreement is an addition to (and not a substitute for) any other terms and conditions that may apply to specific services, and it contains the general terms and conditions for your use of the site and the products and services you purchase or access through it (individually and collectively, the "Services"). As long as Meta Trade VPS has a good faith belief that an instruction, notification, document, or communication is authentic and comes from an authorized representative of your corporate organization, Meta Trade VPS shall not be responsible for any loss or harm as a result of such belief. Any order, notification, document, or communication whose legitimacy there is a good cause to dispute, Meta Trade VPS reserves the right (but assumes no obligation) to demand more identification from you. Furthermore, whether or not you permit someone to use your account or the Services, you agree to hold them responsible for any transactions made by you, anyone acting as your agent, or anyone else using them.

You will need to register an Account in order to utilize certain of the Services or access some features of this Site. You hereby represent and warrant to Meta Trade VPS that all information you provide in connection with the creation of your Account is true, correct, and complete, and that you will maintain the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of such information. Meta Trade VPS maintains the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate your Account if it has cause to suspect that any of the information associated with your Account is false, incorrect, out-of-date, or incomplete. You alone are accountable for all activity on your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any information pertaining to your Account, including but not limited to your customer number/login, password, and payment method(s), whether permitted by you or not (as defined below). Meta Trade VPS advises that you update your password for each Account at least once every six (6) months for security reasons. Any security breach or unauthorized use of your Account must be reported right away to Meta Trade VPS by you. If your account is used without your permission, Meta Trade VPS is not responsible for any losses you could suffer. However, regardless of who is to blame—you, an authorized person, or an unauthorized person—for any loss that Meta Trade VPS or others suffer as a result of your Account, you could be held responsible.

To assist you in moving your website to us, our Transfers Team will do everything possible. As a courtesy, transfers are offered. Regarding the availability, likelihood, or time needed to accomplish an account transfer, we do not provide any promises. Each hosting provider has a unique configuration, and some hosting platforms save data in an exclusive or incompatible manner, which may make migrating part or all account data exceedingly challenging, if not impossible. We might not always be able to help you move data from an old host. Any lost or missing data or files resulting from a transfer to or from Meta Trade VPS are not, under any circumstances, the responsibility of Meta Trade VPS. Backing up is entirely your responsibility.

Through live chat, email, or tickets submitted from your client area, we offer technical help around-the-clock. Depending on the problem, we might not always be able to help through live chat, but we can always help through a ticket that we open on your behalf.

Technical support is given with every attempt. You acknowledge that we could have full access to your data and that any changes we make while looking into the reported problem might affect how well your services work. You are accountable for having a complete backup of your data before contacting technical help.

If you break the terms of service, refuse to implement modifications requested by Meta Trade VPS, request changes that raise security issues, make changes while we are already working on your request, or are abusive to our staff, we reserve the right to stop offering technical assistance. After one month of service, you promise to pay the service's invoices within seven days. If you fail to do so, all of your service and data will be removed from our end. You consent to receiving regular monthly invoices.

The prices shown on the Meta Trade VPS website and the number of resources allotted to plans are subject to change at any time. Customers with contract pricing won't be impacted by price adjustments for the duration of the contract.

Within the allotted seven-day time frame, you agree to pay for the services we provided to you. Until you let us know that you want to cancel any or all of them, you accept that those services will be invoiced on a recurring basis.

We retain the right to alter the monthly payment and any additional fees at any time; however, current customers won't be impacted.

1. Each invoice must be paid in full by the due date.
2. Payment for invoices must be made on the due date or earlier.
3. Seven days past due invoices will have their services suspended.

Meta Trade VPS provides no guarantees regarding the secrecy or privacy of any information communicated over or kept on, and it also makes no guarantees about the inclusion or exclusion of any other entity or group of users from the Meta Trade VPS network. The Electronic Communications Privacy Act, P.L. No. 99-508, as modified permits Meta Trade VPS to occasionally monitor traffic across its network for maintenance, service quality assurance, or any other purpose.

Customer acknowledges that they will only use the Services for legal reasons. The following content is not permitted on the servers or network of Meta Trade VPS

Sites that encourage unlawful activities or provide content that could harm our servers or any other server on the internet are forbidden. Without the express prior written agreement of any other User or other person or organization, you will not gather or harvest any User Content or any non-public or personally identifiable information about them.

Any accounts discovered to be violating someone else's copyright will have their access to the material immediately terminated or revoked. Any account that is repeatedly found to be in violation of copyright laws will have its hosting privileges suspended and/or canceled.

Only legal uses are permitted for Meta Trade VPs. Any information, data, or material that violates a specific law or regulation or that might directly encourage such a violation is forbidden from being transmitted, stored, or distributed. Copyrighted content, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights utilized without sufficient license are examples of this, as are materials that are obscene, libelous, pose a threat to the law, or breach export control regulations. Pirated software, hacker archives, Warez sites, MP3, and IRC bots are a few examples of prohibited material or connections.

Any effort to damage or undermine a Meta Trade VPS or customer is absolutely forbidden. Your account will be deleted right away if you even make an effort to examine any system files or change any content that does not belong to your username. Simply having any scripts for hacking, DDoS, sniffing, or smurfing will cause us to make an attempt to find you and punish you to the fullest extent of the law.

It is STRICTLY against the law and will not be permitted to send unsolicited bulk email from or through a Meta Trade VPS hosting service or to use an email address that is kept on a Meta Trade VPS. What exactly constitutes a breach of this clause shall be decided only by Meta Trade VPS. Customers who participate in spamming while utilizing the services of another ISP or IPP but mention in the spam a website housed on a Meta Trade server, or who sell or distribute spam-facilitating software on their website, are likewise in breach of this clause.

SEach account plan has a certain amount of traffic allotment. You have the option of upgrading your plan or having it suspended.

Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from one of our servers, or using an email address or domain that is kept on one of our servers as a reference, is STRICTLY forbidden. To determine what constitutes a breach of this clause, Meta Trade VPS shall be the sole arbiter.

It is forbidden to publish material that is illegal or defamatory about someone without that person's permission, cause that person deliberate emotional distress, or violate any other intellectual property rights such as trademarks.

Meta trade VPS do not support or promotes any illegal activities such as Hacker focused site, Porn Websites or participates in child pornography or child exploitation. Any account found to misuse with above illegal activities will be suspended or terminated from our hosting.

Only customers with dedicated or virtual private servers are permitted to set up their own chat rooms. These frequently consume a significant amount of system resources; hence we cannot permit them on shared hosting servers.

Any accounts that are discovered to be infringing on someone else's copyright will have their access to the material immediately terminated. Any account discovered to have repeatedly broken copyright laws will have its hosting privileges stopped and/or canceled.

Meta Trade VPS will launch an inquiry as soon as it learns of a potential breach of its acceptable use policy. To stop future potential unauthorized conduct, Meta Trade VPS may limit client access during the inquiry. We reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to impose restrictions on, suspend, or cancel a customer's account as well as to pursue additional civil remedies, depending on the seriousness of the infringement. If such a violation constitutes a crime, Meta Trade VPS will inform the relevant law enforcement agency of the infraction.

Any interruptions brought on by service disablement as a result of Policy breaches are not covered by service credits by Meta Trade VPS.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline, cancel, or suspend service.

Meta trade reserves the right to modify, correct, improve, replace, suspend, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, from time to time, in its sole discretion, all or any portion of the site and/or the products and services.

You declare you have read this Agreement and to have agreed to all of its terms. By using the Website and Services and gaining access to them, you agree to be governed by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not allowed to access or use the Website or Services. We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time and without previous notice. By using the services offered by Meta Trade VPS, you implicitly accept these terms.
